Job summary

• Own the CMDB strategy, design, implementation, daily operations, and adoption.
• Coordinate CMDB implementation with the ServiceNow platform owner and external vendors.
• Manage CMDB integrations with third party tools (e.g. Intune, monitoring solution...).
• Define KPIs, identify gaps, and drive continuous improvement actions.
• Enable and support other ITSM processes, especially Incident and Change Management.
• Collaborate with IT Security, IT Enterprise Architecture, External Service Providers, Regional IT, Finance, and Business Solutions teams.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Own the IT CMDB strategy, design, implementation, daily operations, and adoption
• Act as subject matter expert for:
• Configuration Items discovery
• Service mapping
• Hardware Asset management, Software Asset Management, including lifecycle
• Define, maintain, and govern relationships between Configuration Items through automated and manual processes
• Ensure completeness, integrity, and accuracy of CMDB data
• Coordinate CMDB implementation with the ServiceNow platform owner and external vendors
• Manage CMDB integrations with third party tools (e.g. Intune, monitoring solution...)
• Define KPIs, identify gaps, and drive continuous improvement actions
• Enable and support other ITSM processes, especially Incident and Change Management
• Collaborate with IT Security, IT Enterprise Architecture, External Service Providers, Regional IT, Finance, and Business Solutions teams
• Drive CMDB adoption internally and externally through communication, documentation, training, procedures, and best practices
• Support Incident Management activities when required
