Muthoot Finance is seeking a Cluster Sales Manager for multiple locations in the Madurai region. The role focuses on building the sales force, training staff, and driving KYC-driven business growth across the cluster.

You will recruit sales executives, conduct field training, allocate targets, and travel across clusters to conduct meetings and reviews. Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have sales experience, preferably direct sales.
• Willing to travel across cluster.
• Staff selection and on-field training responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• New KYC business development.
• Select staff as Sales executives for every branch and conduct on-field training and hand-holding to increase sales habits, communication and productivity.
• Allocate, monitor and deliver targets on time with incentives/awards based on performance.
• Travel across the cluster to conduct meetings, training and reviews (TA/DA paid on eligibility).
• Identify key result areas by market analysis and plan activity, location and date.
• Conduct timely staff reviews to improve leads quality and business.

Roles and Responsibilities

• SM should responsible to do the new KYC business.
• Selection staff as Sales executives for every branch and conducting on field Training and Hand holding them to increase the sales habits, Sales communication and increase productivity.
• Allocation, Monitoring & Delivering the desired target on time, which will assigned by Management. (Attractive incentives/Rewards/Awards will be paid on the basis of performance)
• Travelling across the cluster to conduct Meetings/Training/Reviews. (Actual TA & DA will be paid on eligibility)
• Identify the Key result areas by conducting market analysis and decide the Activity, Location & Date.
• Conducting timely staff reviews to increase the Leads quality, quantity and business.
