Muthoot Finance in India is seeking a Cluster Sales Manager for the ERODE/KRISHNASAMY STREET cluster. You will lead KYC-driven sales initiatives, recruit and train sales executives, and drive branch performance across the cluster.

This role requires strong people skills, local language ability, and a proven sales track record. Regular travel for meetings and field training is expected, with incentives tied to performance.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Drive new KYC business.
• Select and train sales executives for branches; on-field training and hand holding.
• Allocate, monitor, and deliver targets on time with incentives.
• Travel across the cluster for meetings, training, and reviews.
• Identify KRAs via market analysis; decide activity, location, and date.
• Conduct timely staff reviews to improve lead quality and volume.

Roles and Responsibilities

• SM should responsible to do the new KYC business.
• Selection staff as Sales executives for every branch and conducting on field Training and Hand holding them to increase the sales habits, Sales communication and increase productivity.
• Allocation, Monitoring & Delivering the desired target on time, which will assigned by Management. (Attractive incentives/Rewards/Awards will be paid on the basis of performance)
• Travelling across the cluster to conduct Meetings/Training/Reviews. (Actual TA & DA will be paid on eligibility)
• Identify the Key result areas by conducting market analysis and decide the Activity, Location & Date.
• Conducting timely staff reviews to increase the Leads quality, quantity and business.
