Job summary

Muthoot Finance is hiring a Cluster Sales Manager for Chennai to drive new KYC business across multiple clusters. You will recruit sales executives for each branch, train and mentor them to boost sales performance and customer acquisition.

The role requires allocation and monitoring of targets, regular travel within the Chennai cluster for meetings and reviews, and the ability to define KRAs from market analysis while conducting staff reviews to improve leads and revenue.

Responsibilities

• SM should responsible to do the new KYC business.
• Selection staff as Sales executives for every branch and conducting on field Training and Hand holding them to increase the sales habits, Sales communication and increase productivity.
• Allocation, Monitoring & Delivering the desired target on time, which will assigned by Management. (Attractive incentives/Rewards/Awards will be paid on the basis of performance)
• Travelling across the cluster to conduct Meetings/Training/Reviews. (Actual TA & DA will be paid on eligibility)
• Identify the Key result areas by conducting market analysis and decide the Activity, Location & Date.
• Conducting timely staff reviews to increase the Leads quality, quantity and business.
