Muthoot Finance is seeking a Cluster Sales Manager to drive new KYC business across Coimbatore cluster locations including Ramanathapuram, Siddapurudur, Kuniamuthur, Sivananda Colony, Saibaba Colony, and Pollachi. You will recruit and train sales executives, monitor performance, and ensure timely target delivery with attractive incentives.

The role requires sales experience, leadership, and travel across clusters for meetings and reviews.

Qualifications

• KYC sales experience preferred.
• Territory familiarity with Coimbatore clusters.
• Ability to speak local language and communicate effectively.
• People management and leadership skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.

Responsabilités

• Drive new KYC business across assigned clusters.
• Select and train sales executives for each branch; mentor on field activities.
• Allocate, monitor, and deliver targets with performance-based incentives.
• Travel across clusters for meetings, training, and reviews; TA/DA as per policy.
• Identify KRAs via market analysis and set activity/location/date; conduct staff reviews to improve leads quality.

Roles and Responsibilities

• SM should responsible to do the new KYC business.
• Selection staff as Sales executives for every branch and conducting on field Training and Hand holding them to increase the sales habits, Sales communication and increase productivity.
• Allocation, Monitoring & Delivering the desired target on time, which will assigned by Management. (Attractive incentives/Rewards/Awards will be paid on the basis of performance)
• Travelling across the cluster to conduct Meetings/Training/Reviews. (Actual TA & DA will be paid on eligibility)
• Identify the Key result areas by conducting market analysis and decide the Activity, Location & Date.
• Conducting timely staff reviews to increase the Leads quality, quantity and business.
