You will manage and develop a high-performing team, craft compelling strategies, and foster strong partnerships with builders and brokers to seize market opportunities.

You will oversee performance reviews, ensure regulatory compliance, and align team activities with strategic targets to deliver sustained revenue gains in the BFSI sector.

Qualifications

• 7-12 years of experience in BFSI industry, preferably in home loans or related fields like housing loan or mortgage loans.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective leadership and strategy implementation.
