Job summary

Muthoot Finance in Bengaluru seeks a Cluster Sales Manager to lead and train branch sales teams, drive new KYC-based business, and meet targets across the cluster. You will allocate resources, monitor performance, and travel for meetings and training programs to boost sales effectiveness.

Ideal candidates have 3–6 years of sales experience, strong communication and people-management skills, and the ability to work in the local language. Reward incentives are available based on performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum degree (regular) is required.
• 3–6 years of relevant sales experience.
• CTC around 6 LPA including variable pay.

Responsibilities

• Drive new KYC-based sales across the cluster.
• Select and train branch sales executives; mentor on field.
• Allocate, monitor, and deliver targets on time with incentives.
• Travel across the cluster for meetings and training; TA/DA eligibility applies.
• Identify KRAs through market analysis and plan activities, location, and dates.
• Conduct timely staff reviews to improve lead quality and volume.

Roles and Responsibilities

• SM should responsible to do the new KYC business.
• Selection staff as Sales executives for every branch and conducting on field Training and Hand holding them to increase the sales habits, Sales communication and increase productivity.
• Allocation, Monitoring & Delivering the desired target on time, which will assigned by Management. (Attractive incentives/Rewards/Awards will be paid on the basis of performance)
• Travelling across the cluster to conduct Meetings/Training/Reviews. (Actual TA & DA will be paid on eligibility)
• Identify the Key result areas by conducting market analysis and decide the Activity, Location & Date.
• Conducting timely staff reviews to increase the Leads quality, quantity and business.
