Job summary

Muthoot Finance in Bengaluru invites a Cluster Sales Manager to spearhead new KYC business and lead branch sales teams across the cluster. You will recruit sales executives, conduct field training, and hands-on coaching to raise sales habits, communication, and productivity.

Responsibilities include target allocation and timely delivery as assigned by management, frequent travel for meetings and reviews, and ongoing staff assessments to improve lead quality and conversion.
