Cult.fit is seeking a role focused on driving offline sales at Cult Gym centers and ensuring consistent operations and data-driven performance across locations.

The role involves managing center-level sales targets, coordinating with the central sales team, and upholding SOPs to deliver a uniform Cult Gym experience. You will engage in performance governance, lead center staff, and coordinate with facilities teams to keep centers functional.

Responsabilités

• Drive offline sales at centers to meet revenue targets.
• Collaborate with central offline sales team to plan initiatives at the center.
• Report performance using data in Excel.
• Conduct governance at business unit and implement interventions.
• Improve conversion and lead generation at centers with center managers.
• Implement SOPs and ensure uniform center experience across Cult Gym setups.
• Handle conflicts and escalations within timelines to ensure smooth operations.
• Audit centers and ensure facilities are always functional and well-maintained.
• Maintain high center and equipment maintenance standards with on-ground teams.
• Roll out new operations processes bridging central and on-ground teams.

Operations Sales/Revenue:

• Drive offline sales at centers to deliver revenue targets on a regular basis
• Work with the central offline sales team to plan and execute initiatives at the center
• Represent data on excel, and use data to report and review performance
• Regular governance at business unit and execute interventions
• Work on conversion and lead generation activities at the center through center managers Operations:
• Implement and drive adherence to the prescribed SOPs
• Ensure uniformity in experience across company and franchise operated Cult Gym setups
• Handle conflicts and escalations (Internal and External) within specified timelines to ensure seamless operations
• Conducting audits and spend time on-ground to ensure that the facilities are always new and always functional
• ensure high center & equipment maintenance standards by working with on ground and facilities teams
• Seamlessly roll out new operations processes by being the bridge between central and on ground teams People:
• Responsible for ensuring that the resourcing/hiring is in line with the design number (CMs and Trainers)
• Regular Performance management, mentoring and coaching of the team
• Constantly share feedback received from members and trainers with central teams
• Liaise with stakeholders (internal and external) to unblock and problem solve for issues wherever necessary
• Lead by example and champion a positive work environment at the ground level.
