Job summary

Cultfit is seeking a Centre Manager in Telangana to lead member experience, sales performance, and daily operations at our centre. You will own membership conversions, drive walk-ins, and ensure flawless service while maintaining brand standards.

You will manage class schedules, trainer punctuality, inventory, and facility audits, building a welcoming community and addressing escalations to sustain high satisfaction and NPS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Diploma degree.
• 25 years of experience in sales, operations, hospitality, retail, or service roles.
• Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
• High ownership and problem-solving ability.
• Good to have: Passion for fitness, wellbeing, and community building.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly targets for memberships, renewals, and upsells.
• Drive walk-in/trial conversions through consultations.
• Manage the membership conversion process with documentation via the portal.
• Ensure smooth daily operations using prescribed checklist tools.
• Oversee class schedules, trainer punctuality, and session readiness.
• Conduct daily facility audits to maintain cleanliness, safety, and brand standards.
• Manage inventory of essentials and ensure timely restocking.
• Address operational gaps related to attendance, bookings, equipment, or facility.
• Build rapport with members to create a welcoming, community-driven environment.
• Resolve escalations and ensure smooth before/during/after-class experience.
• Capture and document feedback from members and trainers for continuous improvement.
• Uphold Cultfit's service quality and act as the primary centre representative.

About the Role :

The Centre Manager is the face of a Cultfit centre and is responsible for delivering a seamless member experience, driving sales performance, and ensuring operational excellence. This role requires strong ownership, customer centricity, and a passion for creating an energetic, service-driven fitness environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Growth

• Own monthly targets for memberships, renewals, and upsells.
• Drive walk-in/trial conversions through effective consultations.
• Manage the entire membership conversion process with clean, consistent, and timely documentation via the portal.

2. Centre Operations Management

• Ensure smooth daily operations using the prescribed checklist tools.
• Oversee class schedules, trainer punctuality, and session readiness.
• Conduct daily facility audits to maintain cleanliness, safety, and brand standards.
• Manage inventory of essentials (first-aid, water, etc.) and ensure timely restocking.
• Address operational gaps related to attendance, bookings, equipment, or facility.

3. Member Experience & Engagement

• Build strong rapport with members to create a welcoming, community-driven environment.
• Resolve escalations and ensure a smooth before/during/after-class experience.
• Capture and document feedback from members and trainers for continuous improvement.
• Uphold Cultfits service quality and act as the primary representative of the centre.

• A consistently smooth, compliant, and high-performing centre.

Work Schedule

Straight Shift

On most days, you will be assigned a straight shift, which may be either:

Morning shift: 5:30 AM to 2:30 PM

Evening shift: 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM

Split Shift (Based on Business Requirements)

On some days, you may be assigned a split shift, which requires reporting to the centre in both the

morning and evening:

Morning shift: 5:30 AM to 9:30 AM

Evening shift: 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM

Weekly Off

One day off per week, aligned with centre requirements.

Variable Incentive

Variable incentive will depend on sales and operational performance. In recent months, the average

incentive payout has been around INR 15,000 per month.
