Paytm is seeking a results-driven sales leader to manage a team of field sales professionals across the merchant ecosystem. You will drive targets, cultivate merchant relationships, and negotiate deals that boost revenue while aligning with RBI guidelines and payments industry dynamics.

Based in Rajasthan, you will oversee cluster operations, ensure efficient resource use, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve performance.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in merchant acquiring or related field sales roles.
• Proven track record in managing high-performing teams and achieving significant revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of financial services industry trends, products (credit cards), regulations (RBI guidelines), and competition dynamics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, problem-solving skills; ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
