Primary Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets and drive growth within the assigned cluster.
• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Smart Bankers to meet individual and team sales goals.
• Monitor sales performance metrics and take corrective actions to improve outcomes.
• Conduct regular training and coaching sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales capabilities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to drive acquisition and retention.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations and high-quality customer service.
• Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to support strategic decision-making.
• Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum 8 years of experience in Retail Banking, with at least 3 years in a

leadership or team management role.

• Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.
