Job summary

Muthoot Finance is seeking a Branch/Cluster Manager to oversee multiple branches and drive Gold Loan growth across a defined region. You will lead and mentor branch teams, implement strategic plans, and work to exceed targets while minimizing NPAs.

You will foster strong relationships with staff and maintain focus on key performance indicators to address field issues and ensure excellent customer service across all branches.

Qualifications

• Experience in multi-branch operations would be useful.
• Strong leadership and mentoring ability.

Responsibilities

• Drive Gold Loan growth, incremental interest collection, NPA reduction and OFP business.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve targets and business objectives.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to Branch teams.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with staff.
• Monitor and evaluate KPIs and address field staff issues proactively.
