Job summary

Supra Pacific Financial Services in Vasai-Virar, Maharashtra seeks a Branch Manager to oversee day-to-day branch operations, achieve gold loan and NCD deposit targets, and drive new business through local market development.

You will lead staff, ensure proper gold appraisal, monitor renewals and collections, manage cash, and prepare performance reports while maintaining RBI compliance and audit readiness.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall branch operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning
• Achieve branch business targets for Gold Loans and NCD Deposit mobilization
• Generate new business through customer acquisition and local market development
• Lead, guide, and monitor branch staff to improve productivity and performance
• Ensure proper gold appraisal, valuation, and disbursement process as per company policy
• Monitor gold loan renewals, collections, auction processes, and overdue accounts
• Promote and achieve NCD deposit targets through customer relationship management
• Build strong relationships with customers, investors, and business associates
• Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines, internal policies, and audit requirements
• Handle branch cash management, banking activities, and daily reconciliations
• Monitor branch profitability, portfolio quality, and risk management
• Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service-related issues effectively
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly branch performance reports
• Conduct employee training and maintain discipline within the branch
• Coordinate with regional and head office teams for operational support and business growth
• Ensure proper documentation and safe custody of pledged gold and branch records
