Job summary

ICL Fincorp is seeking an experienced Branch Sales Manager to oversee 6 to 8 branches, drive business development, and ensure achievement of sales budgets. You will lead a performance-driven team, align with operations and marketing, and manage profitability across the cluster in a dynamic market.

The role requires strong leadership, planning, and discipline to maintain process adherence and achieve revenue goals while minimizing expenses.

Responsibilities

• Plan activities for sales across 6 to 8 branches to meet targets and budgets.
• Identify training needs and measure product penetration, customer awareness and satisfaction.
• Lead and motivate a result-oriented team to achieve branch budgets and profitability.
• Conduct periodic strategic reviews of business portfolios across assigned branches.
• Collaborate with Operations, Credit, Marketing, HR to support the sales team.

Role & responsibilities

• Ensuring the productivity of branches as per the expectation of the company by planning activities for sales, identification of training needs and measurement of product penetrations, customer awareness and satisfaction.
• To handle 6 to 8 branches independently and responsible for all matters related to branch, ie; business development and sales in respective branches, motivate & drive the team towards defined Business Goals & achievement of budgets, audit query resolutions.
• Lead a result oriented team and responsible for managing the Cluster profitability.
• Conduct periodic strategic review of the business portfolio across the branches allocated.
• Collaborate with other functions (Operations, Credit, Marketing, HR etc.) to ensure sales team gets the necessary support to develop and grow business and achieve targets.
• Maintaining punctuality, discipline and high level of morality in tune with the ethics & values of ICL.
• Responsible for the administrative and operational functions at the branches
• Provide market information on sales.
• Ensure adherence to all processes laid down by the company at the branch.
• Initiating various sales campaign / promotions in their respective areas
• Identify customers with additional profit potential and develop action plans to expand these relationships; utilize sales programs to acquire new relationships.
• Ensure branches meet and exceeds established sales and revenue goals while keeping expenses minimized.
