Job summary

SkillLabs seeks an experienced Branch Manager to oversee cluster branches in the banking sector. You will drive revenue, control costs, and ensure profitability across branches while maintaining strict regulatory compliance and audit readiness.

You will lead branch teams, focus on high-net-worth clientele, and implement best practices to expand the customer base and book size, aligning with organizational growth goals.

Qualifications

• 10–12 years of branch managerial experience in the banking industry.

Responsibilities

• Fully responsible for the Cluster Branches P&L - revenue & cost.
• Managing a Profit Centre with profitability being the key result area through acquisition of net worth accounts, enhancing NII income, transaction fees, generating revenue from third party products
• Compliance to all regulatory and audit requirements
• Set up of branches from nascent stages to increasing the book size manifold
• Concentrated focus on all product lines and products offered by the bank
• Increasing the value proposition of the bank with high net worth clientele
• Implementing best practices in the industry to enhance the customer base
• Customer value chain made stronger and wider
• Increased the employee value proposition for the teams worked with
• Driving and achieving challenging targets set by the bank consistently
• Manage entire gamut of business in line with growing organizational needs
