Job summary

ICL Fincorp in Tamil Nadu invites an experienced Branch Manager to oversee 6 to 8 branches. You will drive business development, sales, and profitability, ensuring adherence to company processes and budgets while guiding teams to achieve targets.

You will collaborate with Operations, Credit, Marketing and HR, maintain discipline and ethics, and initiate sales campaigns to grow customer relationships and revenue.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring the productivity of branches as per the expectation of the company by planning activities for sales, identification of training needs and measurement of product penetrations, customer awareness and satisfaction.
• To handle 6 to 8 branches independently and responsible for all matters related to branch, ie; business development and sales in respective branches, motivate & drive the team towards defined Business Goals & achievement of budgets, audit query resolutions.
• Lead a result oriented team and responsible for managing the Cluster profitability.
• Conduct periodic strategic review of the business portfolio across the branches allocated.
• Collaborate with other functions (Operations, Credit, Marketing, HRetc.) to ensure sales team gets the necessary support to develop and grow business and achieve targets.
• Maintaining punctuality, discipline and high level of morality in tune with the ethics & values of ICL.
• Responsible for the administrative and operational functions at the branches
• Provide market information on sales.
• Ensure adherence to all processes laid down by the company at the branch.
• Initiating various sales campaign / promotions in their respective areas
• Identify customers with additional profit potential and develop action plans to expand these relationships; utilize sales programs to acquire new relationships.
• Ensure branches meet and exceeds established sales and revenue goals while keeping expenses minimized.
