Job summary

Muthoot Finance is seeking an experienced sales professional to lead Gold Loan product sales across our branches in India. You will drive monthly targets, nurture relationships with customers, and identify cross-selling opportunities to maximize growth.

You will regularly visit branches to guide sales activities and coordinate with Branch Managers to implement effective strategies, ensuring consistent performance and customer satisfaction.

• Experience: 10+ years in lending/sales.
