Job summary

Moneyboxx Finance is seeking a Cluster Head to lead secured lending across Mysore, Tumkur, Davanagere, and Bengaluru with a focus on HL and LAP products. The role requires guiding Branch Heads and sales/credit teams to meet growth targets.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in NBFCs or housing finance with proven multi-branch leadership, strong business development and communication skills. On-site involvement across Karnataka is expected.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience in Secured Lending / NBFC / Housing Finance.
• Strong experience in HL, LAP and secured lending products.
• Proven experience in multi-branch and team handling.

Responsibilities

• Manage and drive business across multiple branches within the assigned cluster.
• Lead, mentor and monitor Branch Heads, Sales & Credit teams.
• Achieve business, disbursement and portfolio growth targets.
• Drive customer acquisition through direct and channel sourcing.
• Monitor branch-wise performance and productivity.
• Ensure healthy portfolio quality and effective collection performance.
• Develop relationships with customers, DSA/DST and channel partners.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, processes and compliance.
• Conduct regular branch visits and support teams in achieving targets.
