Job summary

Moneyboxx Finance Ltd. in Tamil Nadu invites a Cluster Head / Territory Head with 9+ years of Secured Lending experience to lead business across Ambur, Vellore, Salem, Kumbakonam and Chennai. Role focuses on growth, portfolio quality and channel partnerships.

You will mentor Branch Heads, Sales and Credit teams, drive disbursement targets and ensure adherence to credit guidelines while maintaining strong customer acquisition through direct and channel sourcing.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of experience in Secured Lending / NBFC / Housing Finance.
• Strong experience in HL, LAP and ML/secured lending.
• Proven experience in multi-branch and team handling.
• Strong business development, leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and drive business across multiple branches within the assigned cluster.
• Lead and mentor Branch Heads, Sales and Credit teams.
• Achieve business, disbursement and portfolio growth targets.
• Drive customer acquisition through direct and channel sourcing.
• Monitor branch-wise performance, productivity and profitability.
