Job summary

Jobs Territory in India is seeking a Cluster Head with 10+ years of branch-level sales or BD experience to lead key metropolitan markets such as Pune, Bhubaneswar and Guwahati. The role focuses on strategic GTM, sales growth and channel development.

You will manage a 5-10 member field team, drive customer acquisition, closures, cross-sell, and ensure CRM discipline and compliance while owning city P&L and unit economics.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Branch-level Sales or BD experience.
• Background in Banking / Insurance / Investments / Lending / Wealth Management / E-commerce.
• Strong direct retail/affluent customer + channel sales experience.
• Minimum 2 years of team handling experience.
• Strong local market network in the respective city.
• Strong negotiation, closing & partner-management skills.
• Comfortable being 70-80% on-ground.
• English + local language proficiency.
