Job summary

BFSI connect is seeking a seasoned Cluster Manager to oversee multiple branches in Belagavi, Karnataka. The role drives performance, compliance, and customer experience while leading a team of Branch Managers and other stakeholders.

You will manage loan disbursal, credit checks, collections including NPAs, and build partnerships with builders and channel partners to fuel growth. A graduate with 10–12 years in housing finance is preferred; MBA is advantageous.

• Graduate; MBA preferred- No Open University degree.
