Job summary

PeopleStrong seeks a Cluster Business Manager for Secured & Unsecured Lending to drive sales across states. You will lead sales structures, collaborate with branches on product distribution, and ensure cross-sell success while managing collections and risk alignment.

The role requires extensive experience in lending, strong team leadership, and adherence to audit/compliance standards within a sales-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in secured and unsecured lending sales.
• 10+ years of overall experience.
• MBA or UG/PG in relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Achieve budgeted sales volumes.
• Build relevant sales structure for state/region.
• Work with branches on products and distribution to build the portfolio.
• Achieve cross-sell targets.
• Responsible for soft bucket collections and delinquency control.
• Coordinate with Credit & Risk on product & process rollouts.
• Adhere to audit compliance and sales requirements.

Main Tasks & Areas of Responsibility

• 1.. Achievement of Budgeted Sales Volumes. 2. Build relevant Sales structuer for State/region. 3. Work with branches on necessary products& distribution to build the portfolio. 4. Achievement of cross sell targets. 5. Responsible for soft bucket collections and maintain the delinquency as per desired level. 6. Work closely with Credit & Risk departments on product on Product & process roll outs. 7. Adhere & roll out Audit compliance /requirement to Sales vertical. budget plan. 2. Responsible for metrics IRR, process fee & ATS 3. Drive cross sell initiatives like insurance , other products through the team as well as the branches .
