Job summary

PeopleStrong is seeking a Senior Relationship Officer for Secured & Unsecured Lending across all states in India. The role reports to the Zonal Sales Manager and focuses on achieving budgeted sales volumes, building regional sales structures, and driving cross-sell initiatives through branches and the sales team.

The candidate should have 10+ years of overall experience in channel and direct sales, with expertise in secured and unsecured lending, soft collections, and collaboration with Credit &

Responsibilities

• Achieve budgeted sales volumes and build distribution to grow the portfolio.
• Drive cross-sell targets and coordinate with branches and sales teams.
• Manage soft bucket collections and control delinquency as per targets.
• Collaborate with Credit & Risk on product and process rollouts.
• Adhere to audit/compliance requirements and budget plans.
• Drive IRR and process fee metrics; promote cross-sell initiatives with insurance and other products.
• Lead state/region sales structure and multi-branch execution.
• Foster teamwork and adapt to a fast-paced sales environment.

Reporting to – Designation & Grade: Zonal Sales Manager – Secured & Unsecured Lending Business

Main Tasks & Areas of Responsibility:

• 1.. Achievement of Budgeted Sales Volumes. 2. Build
