• Lead Generation Prospecting: Source new leads through cold calling, market networking, and reference programs like the Happy Family Reference Programme (HFRP).
• End-to-End Sales: Manage the complete sales cycle—from scheduling appointments and meeting clients to closing profitable deals and securing referrals.
• Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and annual individual sales and revenue targets.
• Customer Relations: Address client queries, resolve initial escalations, and maintain relationships to drive brand trust.
