Job summary

Club Mahindra is seeking a Relationship Manager/Senior Relationship Manager for Delhi NCR to drive sales of holiday memberships and build strong member networks. The role focuses on meeting targets, field visits, and engaging with potential customers through presentations and events.

The ideal candidate has 1–6 years in direct/field sales and a willingness to work face-to-face with clients, with a graduate degree and a proactive, energetic approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year to 6 years of experience in Direct Sales, Field Sales, Hospitality, Timeshare, Insurance, Banking, Real Estate, Telecom (Postpaid), Automobile Sales, NBFC, or High-Ticket Sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
• Comfortable with field sales activities and face-to-face customer interactions.
• Target-oriented, energetic, and self-motivated personality.
• Graduate in any discipline.
• Flexible with work timings and rotational week-offs.

Responsibilities

• Assist new members with their first holiday booking experience and generate quality referrals.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing members and drive referral generation.
