Job summary

Harasiddh Realtors is seeking an experienced civil site supervisor for residential building construction. The role requires 8-10 years of relevant experience, with hands-on expertise in complete internal and external civil works, Mivan technology, RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, flooring, tiling, painting and finishing tasks.

The candidate will oversee daily site activities, coordinate with contractors and architects, and ensure quality and safety on site.

Qualifications

• Experience with Mivan construction technology
• Knowledge of RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, flooring, tiling, painting and finishing works
• Experience coordinating with contractors, subcontractors and engineers

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure quality workmanship
• Check material quality, measurements, levels, line and alignment
• Monitor progress to meet target schedule and prepare daily reports
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects and RCC consultants
• Ensure safety practices and housekeeping at the site
• Handle manpower and contractors independently
• Read and implement approved drawings and specifications
• Oversee internal finishing works and external works from RCC to final handover

Job description

Experience: 8-10 years of relevant experience in residential building construction.

Role & responsibilities

• Should have strong experience in complete building internal and external civil works.
• Should have experience working with Mivan construction technology.
• Must have good practical knowledge of RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, flooring, tiling, painting and all finishing works.
• Experience in internal finishing works, including:
  • Wall & floor tiles
  • Marble/granite
  • Gypsum/POP work
  • Putty & painting
  • Doors, windows and other finishing items
  • Plumbing and electrical work coordination
• Experience in external works, including:
  • External plaster
  • Painting
  • Paving/interlocking blocks
  • Compound wall
  • Drainage works
  • Road and other site development works
  • Landscape-related civil works
• Ability to read and understand civil/architectural drawings and execute work as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Responsible for day-to-day supervision of site activities and ensuring proper quality and workmanship.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects, RCC consultants and other site teams.
• Check material quality, measurements, levels, line and alignment at site.
• Monitor work progress and ensure completion as per target schedule.
• Prepare and verify daily progress reports, measurements and work status.
• Ensure proper safety practices and housekeeping at the construction site.
• Should have good knowledge of construction materials, finishing materials and their applications.
• Should be capable of handling manpower and contractors independently.
• Candidate should have good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Preference: Candidates with hands-on experience in complete building construction from RCC stage to final finishing and handover.
