Job summary

Marathon Group is seeking a qualified professional to supervise day-to-day RCC and finishing works at a live construction site in Tamil Nadu.

The role requires hands-on knowledge of MIVAN formwork, coordination with engineers, contractors, and consultants, and strict adherence to drawings, specifications, and safety standards to ensure timely completion with high quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of RCC and finishing works experience.
• Any Graduate with civil background.
• Good knowledge of construction drawings and site execution.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day site activities related to RCC and finishing works.
• Possess working knowledge of MIVAN technology, including MIVAN formwork setting and installation.
• Ensure all work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor labor productivity and ensure optimum utilization of manpower.
• Inspect shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, masonry, plastering, tiling, painting, waterproofing, and other finishing works.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at the project site.
• Maintain daily progress reports and coordinate material requirements with the site team.
• Identify and resolve on-site issues to prevent project delays.
• Ensure timely completion of work while maintaining the highest quality standards.

• Familiarity with quality and safety procedures.
