Job summary

Vertical Realtors is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day construction at a Thane project, ensuring work aligns with drawings, specs, and schedules.

The role requires monitoring quality, safety, and progress, while coordinating with contractors and internal teams to keep timelines on track.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in residential and commercial real estate projects.
• Experience in high-rise building construction preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
• Execute work as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Monitor quality of work and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Properly implement RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, finishing, and other civil works.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Monitor manpower, materials, machinery, and productivity.
• Verify contractor measurements and work completion before billing.
• Identify construction issues and provide timely technical solutions.
• Maintain site records, DPR, checklist, tracker sheet and inspection reports.
• Ensure all safety protocols and statutory regulations are followed at site as per company policies & statutory department.
• Coordinate with Purchase and Stores for timely availability of materials.
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks of work ongoing.
• Monitor project timelines and report delays with corrective action plans.
• Attend project review meetings and submit progress updates to management.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and material storage at site.

• Willingness to travel and work at project sites.
