• Accurately measure quantities, prepare a detailed BOQ, and track material usage on-site.
• Monitor project budgets, analyze cost fluctuations, and provide cost estimates and variations.
• Maintain detailed project records and present progress reports to management and clients using Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ensure site safety protocols and quality control standards are followed to maintain a safe work environment.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the real estate construction industry. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in both residential and commercial building construction, with proficiency in site management, quantity surveying, and drafting. You will play a critical role in project planning, executing site operations safely, preparing documentation, and managing project costs.

Key Responsibilities:

• 1) Project Execution: Oversee and manage daily civil construction activities for residential and commercial building projects, ensuring work aligns with design specifications and timelines.
• 2) Drafting & Design: Create, modify, and review technical construction drawings and blueprints using AutoCAD.
• 3) Quantity Surveying: Accurately measure quantities, prepare a detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ), and track material usage on-site.
• 4) Cost & Fluctuation Management: Monitor project budgets, analyze market rate and material cost fluctuations, and provide accurate cost estimates and variations.
• 5) Reporting & Documentation:Maintain detailed project records. Prepare and present project progress reports to management and clients using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• 6) Site Safety & Quality Control: Implement and strictly enforce site safety protocols and quality control standards to ensure a safe and compliant work environment.
• 7) Coordination: Collaborate with architects, subcontractors, and site workers to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth project delivery.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E. Civil or B.Tech Civil).

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in civil engineering and building construction (residential and commercial). Software Proficiency: Highly proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel (for BOQs and data tracking) and PowerPoint (for presentations).

Technical Skills:

Strong knowledge of civil and building construction processes. Expertise in taking out measurements and preparing BOQs. Deep understanding of material fluctuations and cost management. Safety Knowledge: Thorough understanding of construction site safety regulations and best practices.
