Job summary

The ideal candidate holds a B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering with 5+ years of hands-on experience in Mivan construction and reading technical specs, demonstrating strong coordination and team leadership on site.

Qualifications

• Qualification: B.Tech / BE in Civil Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and execute structural works including RCC, columns, beams, slabs, reinforcement, and Mivan formwork.
• Manage finishing activities such as block work, plastering, waterproofing, painting, gypsum, false ceiling, tiling, marble, cladding, screed, and landscaping.
• Ensure quality, safety, and compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Conduct snagging, rectification, and handover of completed units.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams for timely execution.
• Monitor material quality and adherence to construction standards.

Qualification: B.Tech / BE in Civil Engineering
Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in both structural and finishing works of high-rise residential projects. Candidates who have completed a project from excavation to handover will be preferred.
