Job summary

Godrej Industries Group seeks an experienced Civil Construction Planner in Bengaluru. The role focuses on construction sequencing, scheduling, and coordinating with stakeholders to deliver high-rise projects on time.

The candidate will use MSP and Primavera, manage manpower/materials planning, monitor cash flows, and prepare MIS reports. BE in Civil with 6–8 years’ experience is required, with strong coordination abilities.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.E. Civil with at least 6 to 8 years of similar experience.
• Experience in construction sequencing and planning is required.
• Exposure to project scheduling tools like MSP and Primavera is essential.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all necessary tasks are completed and maintain documentation control.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and conduct weekly meetings.
• Perform delay analysis, risk management, and recovery/cash-flow planning.

Co-ordination with all stakeholders Conducting weekly meetings.
