Job summary

Rudra Real Estate in Varanasi seeks a seasoned Project Manager to act as the Single Point of Contact for all project matters and to develop comprehensive Project Delivery Plans aligned with the company vision.

You will manage procurement for FOC materials, drive safety and discipline, and guide multi-phase delivery from planning through handover with emphasis on cost, time, and quality, including coordination with consultants and architects.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech (Civil) degree required.
• 18–22 years of experience in real estate, especially group housing/high-rise projects.
• Preference for 8+ years at L&T, NCC; PMC exposure is a plus.
• Deep knowledge of high-rise construction, materials, and site development.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with robust control and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Single Point of Contact for all project matters, ensuring timely resolution.
• Develop Project Delivery Plans based on the 4 Ms: Men, Materials, Money, and Methods.
• Ensure procurement, indenting and follow-ups for FOC materials and supplies.
• Lead and motivate the team, ensure safety, and provide guidance to meet schedules/bar charts.
• Manage all phases from planning to handover with cost, time, and quality focus.
• Implement contracts effectively and ensure contractors meet obligations.
• Conduct regular project reviews and transparent reporting with data from sites.
• Coordinate with management/consultants/architects for rollout plans including staffing and budgeting.
• Perform frequent site inspections to monitor progress and quality.
• Foster cross-department coordination and liaise with external agencies.

• Serve as the Single Point of Contact for all project-related matters, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
• Develop comprehensive Project Delivery Plans based on the 4 Ms Men, Materials, Money, and Methods aligned with the company's vision.
• Ensure timely procurement, indenting, and follow-ups for Free of Cost (FOC) materials and construction supplies.
• Drive team motivation, maintain discipline, ensure safety measures, and provide professional and technical guidance to deliver projects as per assigned schedules/bar charts.
• Manage all phases of projects planning, execution, and handover with emphasis on standardization, cost control, time efficiency, and quality.
• Ensure effective contract implementation and administration, making sure contractors fulfill all contractual obligations.
• Conduct regular project reviews with top management and ensure transparent reporting after gathering relevant data from sites.
• Coordinate with management, consultants, and architects to prepare advance rollout plans for upcoming projects, including staffing, budgeting, and mobilization.
• Perform frequent site inspections to monitor progress, timelines, and quality control.
• Facilitate inter-departmental coordination and liaise with external agencies and consultants to meet all project objectives.

Preferred candidate profile

• Qualification: B.E./B.Tech (Civil)
• Experience: 18 - 22 years in real estate, especially in group housing and high-rise building projects.
• Candidates with 8+ years of experience at L&T, NCC will be given preference .
• Experience working with or under Project Management Consultancies (PMCs) will be an added advantage.
• Must possess in-depth knowledge of high-rise construction processes including structural works, finishes, and site development.
• Capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously, applying efficient construction practices and systems.
• Proficient in developing robust project control mechanisms and reporting systems.
• Well-versed in material testing procedures (raw materials, concrete, etc.).
• Knowledge of aluminium shuttering, tower crane operations, and other modern construction technologies.
• Strong network of reliable contractors and technical staff.
• A proactive, smart team leader with excellent communication and organizational skills.
