Job summary

Godrej Industries Group (GIG) is seeking a Civil Engineering professional for high-rise residential project supervision in Bengaluru. The role focuses on structural and finishing works, including RCC, columns, beams, slabs, and Mivan formwork, with emphasis on quality and safety.

The candidate should have 6–8 years of hands-on experience, be adept at reading drawings and coordinating with contractors, and possess strong team-management skills to ensure timely handover of completed units.

Qualifications

• B.Tech or BE in Civil Engineering with relevant registration.
• 6–8 years of experience in high-rise structural and finishing works.
• Experience with Mivan construction is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications.

Responsibilities

• Supervise RCC structures, columns, beams, slabs, and formwork.
• Manage finishing works including plastering, tiling, painting, and cladding.
• Ensure quality, safety, and compliance with drawings.

Qualification: B.Tech / BE in Civil Engineering

Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in both structural and finishing works of high-rise residential projects. Candidates who have completed a project from excavation to handover will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and execute structural works including RCC, columns, beams, slabs, reinforcement, and Mivan formwork.
• Manage finishing activities such as block work, plastering, waterproofing, painting, gypsum, false ceiling, tiling, marble, cladding, screed, and landscaping.
• Ensure quality, safety, and compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Conduct snagging, rectification, and handover of completed units.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams for timely execution.
• Monitor material quality and adherence to construction standards.

• Strong experience in both structural and finishing execution of high-rise residential buildings.
• Hands-on experience in Mivan construction technology.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications.
• Strong attention to detail with a quality-focused approach.
• Good coordination, communication, and team management skills.
