Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities at site for high-rise residential buildings.
• Ensure execution per approved drawings, specs, and project schedule.
• Monitor structural, finishing, and allied works for quality and progress.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams.
• Check bar bending schedules, shuttering, concreting, masonry, plastering, waterproofing.
• Plan manpower, materials, and equipment utilization on site.
• Monitor progress and highlight delays, risks, and site issues to management.
• Conduct quality checks and ensure safety compliance.
• Review measurements, billing quantities, and work completion at site.
• Coordinate with MEP, architectural, and finishing teams to avoid conflicts.
• Maintain site records, daily progress reports, and material reconciliation.
• Support handover activities and closure of pending works within timelines

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings, technical specifications, and project schedule
• Monitor structural, finishing, and allied civil works to maintain quality and progress
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams for smooth execution
• Check and verify bar bending schedules, shuttering, concreting, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, and finishing works
• Ensure proper planning and utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment at site
