Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in high-rise residential construction projects.
• Mandatory experience in Aluminium Formwork (MIVAN) execution.
• Strong knowledge of RCC construction, structural drawings, finishing works, and construction methodologies.
• Familiarity with project planning, quality control, and site safety practices.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and execute civil works for high-rise residential construction projects.
• Manage day-to-day site activities as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Oversee the installation and execution of Aluminium Formwork (MIVAN) systems.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress, manpower, materials, and equipment utilization.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Conduct site inspections, resolve technical issues, and maintain project documentation.
• Verify measurements, bills, and work completion reports.
• Identify construction risks and implement corrective and preventive actions.

Job Overview
