The candidate should hold a Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering with 13 years of site experience, strong knowledge of civil construction, estimation, measurements, and site execution, and the ability to read civil drawings and specifications.

Qualifications

• Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• 13 years of experience in construction/site engineering.
• Ability to read and understand civil drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of construction materials and quality standards.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at the site.
• Ensure work is carried out per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects, and other site personnel.
• Check measurements, quantities, and materials used at the site.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned works.
• Prepare and maintain site reports, daily progress reports, measurements, and documentation.
• Conduct site inspections and identify quality or technical issues.
• Follow and enforce safety procedures and site regulations.
• Communicate site requirements and project updates to the reporting manager.
• Resolve basic site-level technical issues and coordinate for necessary solutions.
