• Monitor material requirements, usage, storage, and minimize wastage.
• Maintain daily progress reports, measurements, inspection records, and site documentation.
• Coordinate effectively with contractors, vendors, engineers, and project management teams.
• Identify site challenges promptly and implement practical, cost-effective solutions.
• Provide regular updates on project progress, delays, quality concerns, and resource requirements to management.
