Job summary

Effistack is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day construction activities at our Vadodara site. The role requires strict adherence to design drawings, specifications, and safety standards, with coordination across contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to keep projects on track.

You will monitor progress, conduct quality checks, and resolve on-site technical issues while ensuring timelines and budgets are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Proven experience in site supervision and construction management.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
