Job summary

Mor Projects is looking for a Site Civil Engineer to supervise daily civil construction activities at the project site, ensuring work is performed per approved drawings and specifications, and to monitor quality, measurements and workmanship. You will coordinate with architects, consultants and contractors, manage labor, and track progress against the schedule.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering with 2–5 years of site execution experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma or BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• 2–5 years of site execution experience preferred.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel and reading drawings.
• Experience in contractor management and quantity measurements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily civil construction activities at the project site.
• Ensure work is executed as per drawings and specifications.
• Monitor quality, measurements and workmanship.
• Manage contractors, labour and daily manpower.
• Plan daily work and ensure timely completion.
• Check material requirements, usage and wastage.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants and contractors.
• Check RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, flooring and finishing works.
• Take site measurements and verify contractor bills.
• Identify site issues and resolve/escalate them quickly.
• Maintain daily site progress reports and photographs.
• Track project progress against the schedule.
• Ensure basic site safety and proper PPE usage.
• Check and complete snag/pending works before handover.
• Take complete ownership of assigned site activities and timelines.
