Job summary

Onshore Construction is seeking a Civil Engineer with 7+ years of experience in industrial construction, EPC and Oil & Gas projects. The role focuses on planning, supervising, and delivering civil works while maintaining safety, quality, and schedule adherence.

You will coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams, review drawings and BOQs, and ensure compliance with project standards. Strong AutoCAD and documentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Diploma in Civil Engineering with relevant design and field experience.
• 4+ years of experience in Industrial Construction, EPC, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Refinery, or Heavy Engineering projects.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and construction specifications.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and execute civil construction activities including foundations, RCC works, structural works, paving, drainage, underground utilities, and finishing works.
• Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings, project specifications, and construction schedules.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal project teams for smooth project execution.
• Monitor site progress and ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets.
• Review construction drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications before execution.
• Conduct quantity verification, material reconciliation, and prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, inspection procedures, and project documentation.
• Identify site challenges and implement effective engineering solutions.
• Ensure strict adherence to HSE policies and safe work practices at the construction site.
• Participate in client meetings, inspections, and project review discussions.

• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in refinery, petrochemical, fertilizer, steel, or power plant projects.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment and meet project deadlines.
• Familiarity with project planning and reporting tools will be an added advantage.
