Job summary

Larsen & Toubro (L&T) in Mumbai (Powai) seeks a Project Engineer (Offshore EPC Projects) with 5–12 years of experience in offshore oil & gas/ EPC industries to support execution of offshore platforms, subsea, brownfield and marine works.

The role requires coordinating multidisciplinary teams, monitoring schedules, managing risks, and ensuring HSE and quality compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Civil, Structural, Marine, Electrical, Instrumentation or related engineering.
• 5–12 years of offshore oil & gas, EPC, offshore platform, subsea or marine project experience.
• Experience in project execution, planning, coordination, or engineering management.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of offshore project execution practices and international standards is preferred.

• Coordinate and monitor engineering, procurement, fabrication, and construction activities for offshore projects.
• Interface with multidisciplinary teams, clients, vendors, and site teams to ensure timely project execution.
• Track project schedules, deliverables, risks, and resource requirements.
• Review technical documents, project reports, and progress updates.
• Support project planning, cost control, change management, and stakeholder coordination.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, quality, and client requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
