A leading engineering services company is seeking a Civil & Structural Engineer with 13-15 years of experience, specializing in EPC and Chemical projects. The role requires performing design work, coordinating with onsite teams, and ensuring quality checks on detailed drawings. Candidates must have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering and a strong knowledge of Indian codes along with structural design software expertise. Effective communication skills are essential along with a strong background in Oil & Gas and Chemical industries.

Job description

To perform Civil & Structural design of various industrial structures of RCC and steel for Chemical Industries.

Should have Very good exposure in O&G and Chemical projects.

Experience in greenfield and brownfield projects.

Coordinate with LTTS onsite team for extended engineering support, as and when required.

Understand Client's requirements, get necessary inputs for design execution.

Supporting junior engineer and guiding technically.

Involvement in various meetings, interdisciplinary coordination, quality check and any structural design check.

Preparation of sketches / mark-ups for designer to make detail drawings. Review of detail drawings prepared for construction.

Preparation of Civil & Structural BOQ and project specifications.

Bachelor or master's degree in Civil Engineering.

13-15 years of industrial Civil & structural design experience.

Acquainted with codes Indian codes. US codes, Euro codes are added advantage.

Good experience of structural design software. i.e., STAAD Pro, STAAD Foundation, RAM connection, RCDC, Mat3D and Foundation 3D etc.

Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Basic knowledge of modelling software. i.e., AutoCAD, Navisworks Freedom, PDMS, S3D and Tekla etc.
