Job description

Position: Civil Engineer (Execution)

Location: Bina, MP | Job Type: TPC | Duration: 1 Year

Qualifications: Diploma / B.E / B.Tech – Civil Engineering

Experience: 5 – 10 Years (Industrial / Oil & Gas / Refinery / Infrastructure Projects)

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and monitor civil construction activities for foundations, structures, buildings, and industrial facilities according to drawings and project schedule.
• Interpret construction drawings, GFC/approved IFC drawings, and coordinate revisions/clarifications.
• Manage subcontractors and workmen, ensuring timely resource deployment to meet daily/weekly targets.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety, quality and contractual requirements on site.
• Conduct inspections, alignment and QC checks with clients/consultants, and ensure NCR/punch list closure.
• Prepare and maintain documentation – DPR, progress reports, measurement sheets, billing support and as-built records.

Technical Expertise Preferred

• RCC foundations, pedestals, equipment foundations, industrial buildings.
• Reinforcement, shuttering & concrete works.
• Earthwork, excavation, backfilling & compaction.
• Finishing works & industrial pavement standards.
• Knowledge of codes & standards for civil construction.
