Xpressbees is seeking a senior operations professional to lead last mile activities across a designated area in India. You will drive maximum on-time deliveries within TAT, reduce aging shipments, and monitor NDR/RTO to implement cost-saving solutions.

You will build and optimize regional networks, manage a team, and review KPIs weekly, monthly, and quarterly to ensure efficient operations. Strong Excel and regional language fluency are essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in last mile/logistics operations.
• Proven ability to manage manpower and processes.
• Strong data management and Excel skills.

Job Description:

• Responsible for last mile operations for the area assigned.


• Responsible to arrange maximum deliveries within TAT. Also, decreasing aging of the shipments.


• Monitor the NDR/RTO and finding solutions for reducing monthly NDR & RTO %.


• Need to minimize the TAT failure and plan strategies accordingly.


• Planning & building network, executing Last mile operations.


• Construct Strategy for regions to improve the operations scorecard. Evaluate and reduce operations cost.


• Monitoring and auditing of daily, weekly & monthly performance reports to ensure smooth execution of operations.


• Oversee the hiring & training of new team members and support their development. Conduct weekly, Monthly & quarterly review of KPIs.


• Collect, track, & present metrics related to processes, team accuracy and efficiency, and drive improvements in efficiency, throughput and cost across the organization.


• Tracking & maintaining data for daily shipments.


• Analysis of Operational Reports for its region/delivery centers & coordinating with team.
