Job summary

DMart is seeking an experienced HR Leader to manage recruitment, onboarding, payroll and benefits across 12–15 stores, including Circle Office. The role requires strong knowledge of HR policies and statutory laws, with clear leadership to coordinate regional HR teams and store HRs. Travel flexibility is preferred.

The candidate should hold a PG in HR with at least 8 years of relevant experience, capable of shaping training programs and ensuring timely HR policy execution across the region.

Qualifications

• Graduate with PG in HR or equivalent; strong knowledge of statutory laws.
• Experience in HR policies, payroll, and employee engagement.
• Willingness to travel and handle multiple stores' HR operations.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard new hires; manage payroll and benefits.
• Handle end-to-end HR functions: hiring, confirmations, transfers, promotions, payroll for region.
• Oversee HR operations for 12–15 stores including Circle Office.
• Drive training, development and employee engagement programs.
• Ensure timely execution of HR policies and statutory compliance.

Role & responsibilities

• Recruit and Onboard new hires Conduct performance management and provide feedback, manage payroll and benefits for employees.
• Responsible for managing all the aspects of HR Functions i.e. Hiring, Confirmation, Transfer, Promotion, Payroll management of respective region.
• Responsible for handling approx. 12 15 stores' HR operations, including Circle Office.
• Responsible for effective Training and development and Employee engagement Programme across the stores.
• Responsible to ensure timely execution of various HR Policies and Programs.
• Must have sound knowledge of HR policies and should be fully well versed in all statutory laws and regulations.
• Responsible to maintain timely basis HR records & Reports
• SPOC from the regional team to Coordinate with Store & Head Office
• Responsible to handle a team of Store HR, Area HR & Regional Recruiters.

Preferred candidate profile

• Any Graduate with PG in HR
• Minimum relevant experience of 8 years
