Job summary

DMart is looking for an HR professional to manage end-to-end HR operations for a multi-store region in India. The role involves recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and performance management across 12–15 stores, with responsibility for Circle Office as well.

You will lead training, employee engagement, and policy execution while ensuring statutory compliance and timely reporting. Travel to stores may be required.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard new hires; conduct performance management and payroll for employees.
• Manage all HR functions including hiring, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and payroll for the region.
• Oversee HR operations for ~12-15 stores plus Circle Office.
• Implement training and employee engagement programs across stores.
• Ensure timely execution of HR policies and programs.
• Maintain up-to-date HR records and generate reports.
• Serve as SPOC for regional coordination with stores and head office.
• Lead a team of Store HR, Area HR, and Regional Recruiters.

Responsibilities:

• Recruit and Onboard new hires Conduct performance management and provide feedback, manage payroll and benefits for employees.
• Responsible for managing all the aspects of HR Functions i.e. Hiring, Confirmation, Transfer, Promotion, Payroll management of respective region.
• Responsible for handling approx. 12 15 stores' HR operations, including Circle Office.
• Responsible for effective Training and development and Employee engagement Programme across the stores.
• Responsible to ensure timely execution of various HR Policies and Programs.
• Must have sound knowledge of HR policies and should be fully well versed in all statutory laws and regulations.
• Responsible to maintain timely basis HR records & Reports
• SPOC from the regional team to Coordinate with Store & Head Office
• Responsible to handle a team of Store HR, Area HR & Regional Recruiters
