• Co-ordinate for manpower with 3rd party labour contractors.

Reporting :Functional Reporting & Administrative Reporting-DGM - HR & Circle Head.

Experience:

• Ensuring resolutions of IR issues related to Contract Labour and various issues such as Bonus, wages and Employment of Labour.
• Issuing confirmation & appraisal forms to HODs and follow up with confirmation advice.
• Manage HR team members at multiple locations.
• Handling experience of 3rd Party labour contractors and co-coordinating for organizing manpower requirements.
• Team Handling is Must (Min 10-12 People)

• Statutory Compliance (Maintenance of Records and compliance under various statutory agencies such as factory insp, labour office, ESI, Labour Welfare (Statutory and Voluntary), etc.)
