• SPOC from the regional team to Coordinate with Store & Head Office.
• Handle a team of Store HR, Area HR & Regional Recruiters.

We are looking for a Circle HR Manager for our locations in Rajasthan & Telangana.

Candidates with hands‑on experience of 10-15 years handling the entire gamut of HR operations which includes Recruitment, Performance Management, Employee Grievances, Statutory Compliances, Employee Welfare etc.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and Onboard new hires.
• Conduct performance management and provide feedback.
• Manage payroll and benefits for employees.
• Responsible for managing all the aspects of HR Functions i.e. Hiring, Confirmation, Transfer, Promotion, Payroll management of respective region.
• Handle approx. 12 – 15 stores' HR operations, including Circle Office.
• Effective Training and development and employee engagement programs across the stores.
• Ensure timely execution of various HR Policies and Programs.
• Sound knowledge of HR policies, fully well versed in all statutory laws and regulations.
• Maintain timely HR records & Reports.
• SPOC from the regional team to Coordinate with Store & Head Office.
