Job summary

DMart is seeking an experienced HR professional to manage end-to-end HR operations for 12 to 15 stores, including Circle Office. The role involves driving hiring, onboarding, payroll, transfers, promotions, and exit processes, plus policy implementation and employee engagement initiatives.

You will act as the SPOC between Regional Team, Stores and Head Office, handling complex employee relations and leading Store/Area/Regional Recruitment teams. Travel across the circle may be required.

• Manage end-to-end HR operations for 12 to 15 stores, including Circle Office operations.
• Drive hiring, onboarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions, payroll and employee separation processes.
• Manage performance management and provide regular feedback.
• Ensure effective implementation of HR policies, processes and employee engagement initiatives.
• Drive training and development programs across stores.
• Ensure timely compliance with statutory requirements and HR policies.
• Maintain accurate and timely HR records, reports and documentation.
• SPOC between the Regional Team, Stores and Head Office for HR-related matters.
• Handle complex employee relations and HR situations effectively.
• Lead and manage the Store HR, Area HR and Regional Recruitment teams.
• Ensure adherence to all applicable statutory laws, policies and regulations.
• Willingness to travel across the assigned circle as required.
